Unable to Process my Application under Express entry profile

Hello All,

Can any one guide me on below

I am facing issue after submission of my express entry profile.
I am using NOC code as 21311 Computer Engineers, except software engineers and designers, but every time i got the message that my profile is not eligible .
I have relevant 16 years of experience in telecom
As I cross checked, if i use NOC code 72011 Contractors and supervisors, electrical trades and telecommunications occupations,then it my profile is eligible.But for 72011 my roles and responsibilities are not matching as per my work.

Kinsly advise,if i am missing anything.

If for FSW, are you eligible to submit a profile with at least 67 points? ECA? IELTS scores?

I have done PTE core with 68 Marks.
Initially, it says my profile is eligible to apply. But after filling the form, I received below message from IRCC

Dear Manish Kumar Manish Kumar,

Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed, and we have determined that you are not eligible for Express Entry at this time. To qualify for Express Entry, you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, and/or the Federal Skilled Trades Program and/or the Canadian Experience Class. Based on the information you gave in your profile; you do not appear to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for any of these programs at the moment.
Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible:
• not having a valid language test,
• language test results that are more than two years old,
• a language test score that is too low,
• not having enough relevant work experience,
• not having the required education level,
• not having enough funds

What is your selection factor score….do you have 67 points. What is the breakdown by age, education, work experience and language. Do you have CLB 7 in all 4 language areas. If you have a section as CLB 6 then not eligible.

PTE core is not accepted as a language test.

PTE core is accepted in IRCC.
Just for your curiosity,if not accepted..then i won't be able to fill that form.Therefore, option of PTE core is there in IRCC portal

You already posted that. Told you it is accepted. What is your selection factor score?

Yes. I have clb 7
My original query was regarding Noc
While filling noc with 72..my file can be successfully processed
But if I use 21311,I am not eligible.
So I am not able to understand.. what's the problem in this noc code

Don’t know then since you have at least 67 points, get a consultant to go through your profile and application line by line. You are answering a question wrong Since you have a year of continous skilled experience as an engineer.
