Visitor Visa for Boyfriend

Hi All, I have to apply visitor visa for my boyfriend who resides in Dubai at present but has bangladeshi nationality. I am an indian residing in Canda from past 3 years as permanent resident.
My first question is

1) since he has refusal last year wherein we did not disclose our relationship , we applied as just visitor , will it impact on current application?
2 ) he has 16500 dollars in his UAE acc which has been maintaining from past 6-7 months , is that suffice enough? whereas i have around $ 60k in my canadian acc

3) since he is living in UAE from past 3 years, what as a strong tie we can show except his job commitment?

4) is there anyone who can help me with the sample invitation letter

2. Maybe your funds are not relevant.
3. Permanent residency, property, business registration etc. He doesn’t live in country of citizenship so no real ties to return.
4. Having a GF is a red flag for IRCC. You are PR so no reason for him to leave. He will come to Canada and you will get married and apply for spousal sponworship in the eyes of IRCC.

So GF is in Canada so no issue.

You can mention it but it will raise red flags because you are PR, he doesn’t live in country of citizenship and has no ties to return.

Maybe plan to go meet them

Your money isn’t really relevant. He’s an adult expected to fund his own trip . If you’re paying , why should he leave ?

We know each other since 2015 , he used to come to visit me everyyear when i was in India . Have his hotel stay indian visa everything . Then later in 2022 we both were in dubai for a month together
