@Miss bee and all,
Please I need your help, the wait is much now.
I got AOR 28th August 2024, Biometric 5th September 2024 and passed Medical 4th October 2024.
What are my chances of likely getting another response from IRCC. When I applied for PR after receiving MPNP Nomination 28 April 2024, processing time was 11 months and now it's 21 months how do I calculate this and does the new processing times affect my application?
Thank you
do not get panic. you will probably get it in 3-4 months. max 5 months

@Miss bee or any one can help with the query. I submitted my PR application based on OINP nomination, with the application I submitted my police verification report from India which is two years old. But during the last two years, I am only in Canada and visited India only for a month. Do I need to get a new police report of the old report submited is OK?
only if officer asks you to. on safe side you can do another application for PCC

Hi, so I submitted my application on October 5,2024. I have still not received AOR. My status on PR Portal shows "submitted". I have heard many people on October 6 and 7 are already receiving AOR. How much time do you guys think I should wait before contacting IRCC. I checked my emails thoroughly and the only email I have received is the successful submission email that I received when I first submitted the application.

I applied through OINP Masters stream(No job offer) which I heard is processed slower than usual applications

Hello @Miss bee

The company I currently work for (which is the parent company) is dissolving & they are moving all employees to the subsidiary company. I have already submitted my application to IRCC under OINP Master Graduate Stream (no job offer) with a nomination extension (since my application was returned earlier coz of missing documents and my nomination had expired). My title in the new company is slightly different than the current one but lies in the same TEER, Broad occupational category, Major, sub-major and even the minor group (only last digit changed). I haven't gotten the AOR yet so what should I do?

Do I need to inform the province even if the nomination was not employee restricted?

Hi all,

Here is my timeline so far:

Application Submitted for NON EE PR(PNP: Employment Job Offer: International students)

Submitted: 8th Oct 2024
AOR: 20th March 2025
Biometrics Completed: 21st March 2025
I have submitted the Medical Exam with the application itself. Please does anyone have any idea when I can expect to have P1, P2 and COPR.

The processing time at the time of your application (11 months) was just an estimate based on past cases, and it isn’t a guarantee. If IRCC has now updated the estimated processing time to 21 months, that means newer applications are generally taking longer, but it doesn’t necessarily mean your case will take that long.

Since you passed medicals in October 2024, the next major stages are eligibility, criminality, and security checks. You may receive a request for additional documents (if needed) or a portal request (if approved) at any time.

To estimate your timeline, count from your AOR date (August 28, 2024):

• 11 months estimate: July 2025

• 21 months estimate: May 2026
Your application could be completed anywhere in this range, depending on workload and complexity.

Hi
Now I'm waiting for portal request.I have a doubt in answering questions of portal 1.
I never went outside Canada after coming here . I did flagpoling to get work permit before few months . Should I mention my flagpoling date and border office name as answer to questions like my last date of entry and location where you last entered ?

Yes you should mention your recent entry details when replying to portal 2 email.
