Can I update spouse accompanying to YES after receiving OINP nomination

This is normal.

1. Keep EE profile the same
2. Apply to OINP including accompanying spouse documents
3. Accept OINP nomination in EE profile (600 points)
4. Modify EE profile to include family (before ITA)

I received a nomination from OINP, and my CRS was 371 (without a husband). I accepted the nomination in my EE profile and received 600 points; my EE CRS is now 971, however after adding my spouse, my CRS decreased from 971 to 947, thus there may be an issue with my case. ?

OINP cutoff was 352 and if i consider CRS 947 and subtract nomination points 600 so it would get 347. can u plz guide is it OK to proceed 947 CRS or remove spouse? Alternatively, I could put spouse after Federal ITA? need ur advise plz.

Please be informed that IRCC is very strict these days. What worked for someone until now May not work for you.

Agree very risky to add spouse and the loopholes that used to be possible may not longer be easy to use anymore. Is your spouse in Canada? If in Canada you may also have to justify why they are non-accompanying.
