Hi. For the most of the things don’t check from GcKey. I think they don’t really update it. Call or GCMS notes.

My wife have a representative for PR application and if she apply GCMS notes then do I have to enter his details here or leave it blank please guide

It would be better if you provide a consent from all applicants (including dependants over the age of 16) which were included in the file(s) for which you are submitting the request. This will also increase the amount of information which will be disclosed to you. If you want receive information about a child who's information is located within the requested file, you will need to provide them with a consent signed by both parents.

My wife will apply for GCMS notice herself. My question is whether to include the representative's details in the consent form or leave it blank.

There is no need to include the representative’s details, as the requested file will not contain any information related to the representative.

U would get final decision soon but by this time they should have already given this is unusual delay since u applied in January
