I hold a WES-verified Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from India and have over one year of work experience in NOC 42202 - Early Childhood Educators and Assistants. I completed a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) in Canada and have worked under NOC 12101 - Human Resources and Recruitment Officers for the past year. Could someone clarify whether I need an Early Childhood Education degree to qualify for the new Education Category in the Express Entry draws or if my B.Com degree will suffice? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you work as an ECE during your studies or during PGWP?

No. I have that experience before coming to Canada. I came here in September, 2023. My experience working as an ECE is from 2022 to 2023. It was in India.
