Hello everyone, I need your advice on a very significant matter. I am on SOWP; however, I asked for an extension prior to my last SOWP expiring on November 30, 2024. After my SOWP application was denied today, I'm worried about whether I should use the date my previous permit expired to regain my status in Canada or the date my application for an extension was denied. Because my ninety days to regain my status have passed if you take into account the date on my previous work permit .Please advise me on what to do in this circumstance.

Date your extension was denied as long as you submitted the extension before Nov 30.
