Hi, i am in usa on tn visa as Canadian citizen and living with my spouse( he is temporary visa in usa) . I want to apply for my spouse and kid to canada while i m in usa and wants to move together when they get PR.
my questions: Is anyone get approved this kind of application? If yes please let me know which documents are you used as proof of intent to return to canada. As i can’t use employer offer letter like a year ahead.

OP mentioned TN visa. So probably safe to assume they are a citizen. The only other possibility is that they are a Mexican citizen and Canadian PR.

Canadian citizen and my husband is in work permit in usa and child us citizen

If you can’t provide proof you can provide proof during processing. If your spouse has a TRV you can relocate at any time and then apply for an OWP once you receive AOR for the sponsorship application:
