I applied PR under Humanity & Compassionate one year ago and recently got the Approval in Principle letter. Will my application be refused if I leave Canada to visit my parents this summer?

Yes, leaving Canada will create risks for your application and weaken your H&C claim. If PR is the priority, do not travel until you have PR.

Normally how long the processing timeline from receiving AIP to get the PR? I applied under H&C due to my husband passed, and my baby is a Canadian. I was under Sponsorship application for almost a year and have submitted police check and IME before. However, he passed 2 months after that.

It varies and is honestly very hard to guess case by case. Normally at least a few months but can be longer.

My condolences for your husband's passing. Very very strongly recommend remaining in Canada until you have PR.
