I am curious, did you receive any updates between "biometrics/medical finished" and all stages green? My AOR is a week after yours and my tracker has been dead since medicals passed (beginning of Jan).

Not really. Just a ghost update on GCkey a day before all stages became green!
Update: Looks to be a ghost update today. No change in the tracker status though.Here are my timelines

Current status: BG In Progress , Eligibility not started
VO: Winnipeg
Looks to be the slowest of them all..

Since this update, there was no message showing in GC Key portal under Medical. It was empty.
Dec 16 - Biometrics Enrolled. Updated in Tracker --> Completed
Feb 15 - In the Tracker --> 'We received your inquiry'. I sent out my renewed passport through webform.
Feb 28 - Update in GC Key --> 'Latest update: Review of medical results - March 1, 2025: You passed the medical exam.'
I think the date difference could be due to EST and UTC
Message showing now in GC Key, under medical.

Don't know about VO or anything. Didn't call IRCC.

Also, I see some messages about creating a whatsapp/telegram groups in different threads. Doing so defeats the very purpose of this forum. This thread attracts people only because they get valuable information as a result of active participation by several members. More and more people have access to the information publicly, and will possibly post their timeline as well. The fact that one is posting 'join whatsapp/telegram group' message is because it's an active thread.
Moving to other platform will eventually lead to this thread not being active, and information not being shared with a greater mass. Information being kept in a private group will eventually be lost once everyone in that group is done with their PR process.
Not targeted towards anyone specific, just an observation after exploring several threads on this forum.

I can relate as my situation was similar. My biometrics and medical were updated on Dec 17 and no update since. Then I received P1 email on Feb 19 and everything was updated to "completed" on the tracker. So I'd say just have a lil patience

Congrats. Make sure you reply today as people who reply within 24 hours of receiving P1 email receive P2 the very next day. (Speaking from experience, check my signature)
Got an update on the date of my ircc tracker but every other information remains the same. Anyone have experience with this?

just be patient so far from what I have seen the whole process depends on your profile and the visa office.
Mostly I would say profile if you have data is takes more time for IRCC to verify so just be patient.
