GCMS shows 'Security Screening' and waiting... - let's gather here!

Oh, I thought it could have been way before and CSIS was already done with your application. It does seem unusual that it’s already In progress by CBSA: normally it starts with Submit, then Received by CBSA while CSIS does their assessment, and then it goes to In Progress by CBSA.
I do personally find my case pretty weird, as it has two security updates one that says security is passed and second one that puts security into compehensive check, I do not know if that is normal, but when I try to google it I really cannot find anything.

From what I know, a regular record check is done by CSIS, that’s what probably happened with SECURITY:2. However, the agent could have found an indicator to send it to A34 but given that CSIS portion was already done, it was sent directly to CBSA who don’t need to wait for CSIS for their report. Just my interpretation of this!
In my parents' CBSA notes, in the second page it shows eligibility in process, criminality in process and security in process. However, in the last several pages, the officer left notes showing "eligibility passed, criminality passed and security in process".
Is it possible that the officer did not update the status of eligibility and criminality in the front pages?

Is there a post on how to request CBSA or CSIS notes? Can you please share the link. I got my GMCS notes and application is under security screening (A34) since 10/18/2024.
Same here. I ordered CSIS notes on Dec 2024, but do not receive it yet.
However, I received CBSA notes very quickly, around two weeks.
I have requested my notes October 7th (!!!!), still no reply from them. It's been 146 days
I'm on background check SS A34 from Nov 28, 2023. My MP did found out that they are checking my military, even if I didn't serve in regular army I did chose civilian sector. I did mention all of that and give them documents but look like that they want to check that. My AOR was April 4, 2023. So soon will be 2 years how I'm waiting for this. I'm conceding taking a lawyer for mandamus or taking them to court but that is extra $$$.
