How some one can apply for interm work permit ?
Interim work authorization is a permit for 180 days or until they make a decision on your file in my case I do believe just because they see humanitarian reasons or my H&C is strong and it's about to get approved 1 stage they can issue that work authorization or because the application is very delayed I do believe they can send this work authorization.
They will only qualify to apply for an open work permit once they have AIP. AOR unfortunately does not give them the ability to apply for an OWP. You will have to continue supporting them financially until they have AIP and can apply for an OWP.
I got Interim Work Authorization when I applied for work permit last year September. My work permit application is still in progress. Recently, I received an email from IRCC with the subject Interim Work Authorization. I don’t have AIP yet, my H&C application will be 10 months this month. I recently was eligible for PRRA, I am not sure if that’s why I got another Interim Work Authorization.
Assume you didn’t apply for H&C as a visitor. In cases where family would be destitute if they couldn’t work and would place more demands on Canadian social services then OWP can be approved as well.
Tough to say. Could also be due to extremely long processing. Would not encourage anyone to submit a 1700 page application and if they do to expect normal processing time. H&C is really for exceptional cases so there is no exact playbook it is often dependent on circumstances.
20 years of Canada 1700 pages probably is fair we need to show all the evidences of what you claim for H&C application established in Canada ,ties in Canada, best interest of the child,etc, parents ,brothers,family, grandchildren's,work, papers from previous application,house ownership, cars ownership, business ownership, insurance policies, picture's, referral letters,10 years of school reports ,medical reports,kids achievement,medical reports,work history,bank statements wend you add up you go to more than 1700 pages .
There is no way that IRCC can evaluate 1700 pages in an effective manner and also expect processing times to be reasonable. This can be communicated in less than 1700 pages. Other people should not submit 1700 pages of evidence.
The way I see the H&C is you have to prove what you claim the only way is provide evidences if is wrong or right I don't know I did the best of my knowledge to get this application approved if I send to much pages I don't know only time I'll tell .
Nobody is suggesting that 1700 pages is needed to prove this and people should not apply thinking 1700 pages is common or is needed. If people think processing is long expect it to take forever if everyone submits this volume of pages. In reality most of the 1700 pages will not be looked at at all or just scanned very quickly.
