PR AFTER UK BAN

I listened to my agent and didn't indicate that I have a 10-year UK ban that expired in 2024. I'm currently in Canada and just submitted (JANUARY 2025) my PR application (non PNP) but I cannot sleep, my anxiety is off the roof and I honestly do not know how to go about it.
I didn't mention this during my study permit, TRV and PGWP. How do I rectify this.... I need advice on what to do.

Send a web form asap to IRCC to correct the misrepresentation before IRCC finds it.

Provide whatever details you can remember such as the date of the ban and the reason why you were banned.
