I got an approval letter from SOWP, but the type is permit - wp-ext / permis - pt-pror. Does anybody have the same one? I have a valid open work permit which ties in with my study permit and my employer is my school. As I do not maintain an International student status, I applied for SOWP by myself.
My concern is the IRCC may just extend my current one. What I need is a new status while waiting for PR. I just do not wanna pay high tuition fees!!! I hope they give me the correct one and no need to go back to school!!!!

that's not approval letter, only extension letter (automatically issued right after application received)

That is In Canada Approval letter.... on the letter shows the type is permit - wp-ext / permis - pt-pror. . I gonna wait till they send me the original paper.. check the type again.

oh okay, my bad, i take a look at my approval letter and it has that type too
don't worry, it will be open work permit
