I have waiting until August of last year to reapply. I literally applied 2 days ago and they refused it immediately. I'm officially convinced I must me on a flagged list? The reason this time is they just do not believe I will return to my home country. I've applied about 4 times since 2023. I provided my full years bank statements totalling 20k CAD ( I live and work in India). I gave my emplyment letter I worked since past 10 yrs as well full time. last 3 months pay slips. I applied to visit my sibling who is a Canadian Citizen since 10 years now and her daughter who I have not saw to this day! My parents live in India and I live with them. Grand parents/ relatives all live in India it's only my sister living in Canada. I'm at my wits end and have no idea how to convinced these people im only applying for 2 week visit or even 1 just need to see my family. And why would they put me on a flag list too i have no criminality, no other applications in other countries, i travelled once to Jordan to visit some relatives. Should I apply for work permit? ( which I don't even want to stay so this is so ridiculous) I just need to visit. I need help. It's causing me hopeless thinking.

Applying for a work permit is only possible if you have secured a job offer from a Canadian employer and an approved LMIA.

Have you ordered your GCMS notes?

yes i know about work permit which I don't even want to live there. I got GCMS notes from the last one and they just say the same things like they don't believe I will be motivated to return home and visit not consistant with temperary stay. There's no reason mentioned I guess it's personal reasons for them because I'm visiting family? but that doesn't make sense. These are valid reasons for my visit are they not? I'm very confused.

1. Single - if you are single then very difficult to be approved as you have no family ties to return which are spouse and children.
2. Travel history - do you have any to US, UK, NZ or AUS? If not then you cannot show that you abide by immigration laws.
3. Ties to return - having only a job to return to are not strong ties to IRCC

If you have applied 4 times since 2023 then that raises questions of showing desperation to come here. Don’t reapply for a while. How do you know you are flagged?

1. yes I'm single and don't plan to get married or have children. I'm 35. So that's discrimination right there.
2. After being refused from Canada I don't think it's possible to visit any of those countries as well.
3. if having a job is not a strong tie then what? I have parent here whom i live with.

Reason I'm convinced I'm flagged due to the immediate rejection (2 days after submit) . The last time I applied was in June 2024 and got reject in August.

What can I do? What do they want?

“yes I'm single and don't plan to get married or have children. I'm 35. So that's discrimination right there.”

You don’t even have the legal right to visit Canada and you’re bringing up discrimination?

Give me a break

Have your sibling visit you, planes go both ways

And you can blame people as well who’ve abused visas in the past
Everyone forgets those individuals

You mentioned your niece is five and your sibling hasn’t visited you with the child so you can see them ?

Blame your sibling

IRCC is not that stupid. Many are shocked when they are denied a TRV to attend a random conference in Canada. You do need to show that you have attended similar conferences in the past, are presenting at the conference, etc. for a good chance of approval.

That really is the issue. OP applied 4 times in a short period of time.

Did OP changed/addressed any of the refusal reason before a new application was submitted?
If not, it won't change the outcome. Same info, same reason for refusal and that may be why it's quickly refused.

you're always very ignorant and inconsiderate with your answers. You know nothing.
