Not sure about other countries, but for India, you can renew the passport before 1 year. I did it recently. My passport exipry was in Jan 2026 and I renewed it in Feb 2025. Did it under Tatkal and got it delivery within a week.
Hi @Miss bee I really need your help, My application was returned today for not providing a translation of my birth certificate but when I checked my application package, it was provided in the supporting documents section. It seems to be mistake from IRCC for missing out this information. What should i do now?

I got my P2 on December 11,2024 and submitted my declaration on December 12,2024. I have COPR number on my tracker since that day but I didn’t receive my eCOPR yet. I called them twice they just say wait but it’s been more than 2 months and I am on BOWP already.

I have applied for Non EE PNP PR application. I have received AOR, medical is updated. I ve changed my address should I update IRCC about it or just wait for Portal 1/2 and put my new address when I am replying to portal requests?
You should change your address asap whenever you move . You are supposed to update IRCC all up to date information like contact, address or any changes in family composition.
Hi @Miss bee and those who applied from Ontario. Helping out a friend here. When he got the nomination from OINP, he was given nomination certificate and nomination approval letter. Is it required to submit the approval letter too? The checklist only said nomination certificate so that’s what he submitted. If so, can he still webform this? Should he provide an LOE as well? He just submitted in December and waiting for AOR. Thanks
Hello @Miss bee ,when I login into the application tracker to check the status, my contact number seems to be corrupted, its a number starting with 918 now, everything was fine when I checked initially but now it is corrupted for some reason, should I raise a webform to notify ircc? Why could have this happened? Has it happened to anyone else?
I applied on Aug 11, 2024 with my spouse still then no response on my LMIA exempt work permit. Raised webforms as well don't know what to do
I assume you already received AOR. You should get biometrics letter or payment request shortly after AOR. Also you can expect ADR at any time (if applicable). After that you should receive medicals letter (probably within a month) or get your previous medicals updated and passed in the system if you're applicable.
But the 21 months time frame does that mean everything else will take 21 months to be completed ??
