How long does it take his the processing time for RTD. I applied since Jan 3rd and I was informed it not updated yet on their system and I’ve travelled plans in march and I still need to apply for visa

The standard processing time for refugee travel documents is 20 business days. If you don't have a guarantor, the application instructions mention it could take longer. I have a question about filling the form for the RTD application.
in the item 3 - proof of immigration. Do i select notice of decision of issued by IRB? and what do i put at document number? my UCI? and date issued was the date the NOD was printed?

I had the same problem. After several calls, they finally gave me the tracking number, and I received it a few days ago.

Can someone help with how to apply for an RTD?

There are some videos on YouTube explaining step by step. I followed the instructions, took the form and docs for my family doctor to sign as guarantor and and submited it on Friday.

received it today on February 27
it's faster than I expected
However, I noticed in my rtd, it's under PR category, I haven't received my PR yet, will that be a problem?

Mexican visa or Canada/Japan/US/UK/Schengen visa. Or need to wait for your PR.

Hi all, IRCC asked to resubmit pictures for RTD and I sent them same day with Canada Post using the PO BOX 8783 address. I am tracking with CP and it says “Ready for Pickup” at post office. Does IRCC pickup packages at Canada Post offices? I’m shocked as I thought CP would deliver directly to IRCC office.
I just want to know if anyone has experienced this
