Similar situation here- my LPP was marked as "Completed" in my tracker on 5 February, but my Oath Ceremony still shows as "Not Started". I applied from Montreal and mine was also transferred to Vancouver. When I call the IRCC all they say is I have to wait until I receive an email. Super frustrating when everyone else gets confirmation of oath ceremony no more than one or 2 days after LPP is completed - mine has been 2 weeks now already...

Me too, I hear people said Montréal take months for waiting oath ceremony T^T

All steps completed except Physical Presence which was updated to in-progress on Jan.14 th and Feb.7th again. No update since Feb.7th on Physical presence - no additional details requested. When I called IRCC they said nothing pending from my side and everything looks fine. Is anyone in the similar situation?

I applied with 1101 days. Not travelled too extensively but around 15 times out of the country and mostly to US (approx. 12 times). I think this is not too bad as I have seen people with even more entries had Physical Presence step completed along with Langauage and Prohibitions.

I am thinking that below entry could be a reason for delay, not sure if anyone faced this situation.

Once when I was travelling to the USA, my flight got cancelled after my pre-arrival immigration is done and an "Arrival" entry was made on the I94 but no departure entry in I-94 since I didn't arrive in USA at all to deparature from the country. From the Airport gate I had to come back since my flight got cancelled and scan passport as I entered Canada on that day although technically I didn't leave Canada. I travelled on the next day for which I have an entry and exit dates in I-94. In this particular case, I entered this as an Entry and exited USA on the same day since there is an entry in I-94 for entry to the USA and I had to scan my passport to come back to Canada without leaving and explained what happened in comments section for this entry.

If you explained it and it's captured in the CBSA database, it wouldn't be an issue.

Got an email from the Calgary office to submit all travel documents/passport copies and physical presence calculator documents again. The email was sent with the documents today. Fingers crossed. 1264 days of physical presence.

I wonder why they can't verify your physical presence from the CBSA records?

Just got the Oath email, in-person ceremony, Kitchener. Would I be seeing anyone from here? Also, the letter mentions choice of paper certificate and e-certificate. It says paper certificate would be issued at the ceremony while e-certificates within 5 business days. Does anyone know if I could switch to paper certificate at the ceremony? At the time of applying, I had opted for e-certificate, primarily for speed, though I'd have always preferred paper, purely for sentimental value.

"Citizenship certificate: We will confirm your choice of citizenship certificate type (paper certificate or
e-certificate) at the ceremony. Paper certificates are given at the ceremony. E-certificate download
instructions are emailed to you – please keep this email so you can refer back to it after the ceremony to
access and download your e-certificate. E-certificates are available for download in the IRCC portal within 5
business days after the ceremony."

Hi,
I had a same concern, I contacted my processing office and they said you will receive paper certificate if you have a in person ceremony. Doesn’t matter you selected the e- certificate or paper certificate.
