My renewed passport was issued by Toronto (Indian consulate) so it says Place of Issue - Toronto on the front page.

Question on the INM5708e says * Country or Territory of Issue?

What should I write here?

I answered with my country of origin. After all, it was still issued by my country and not Canada. And I still got my PR approved.
