i called ircc on feb 12 at that time i didnot ask anything about adr. Should i call them again or it's not a good idea to call them so many times.

Additional documents are in Review as of Now.
I dont think it will move before 28th Feb. Because they asked for T4 as additional document and our company has policy that they provide it on Feb. 28 only.
So once i get T4, I will upload it through webform and hope for the best.
i am not getting any update thinking of calling them. it been 16 days since adr in review and i last called them on feb 13 they say info sharing in process and i called them in january 1 week that time they also said info sharing in progress why info sharing taking so long?
You can call them as many times as you want but unfortunately it won't expedite your case.
i got that it won't expedite my case but it just gives u a sense what they r doing my main concern is checking about info sharing that is it done or not.

My eligibility and background check was last updated in December to in progress and since then there is no update.

Ask them what does the eligibility status say? Specifically ask if it says recommended pass or review required.
