Please have another question, I'm Outland PR applicant AOR August. All stages including Security completed last week.
I called ircc today and found SVO changed to my country of residence VO. what does this mean?
does this mean FD/RFV ? Unfortunately, I don't have access to GC/tracker. Please help!

Nothing to worry about. VOs keep on changing depending on their backlogs. Hopefully, they'll process yours soon enough!

Yeah that makes sense. Also, i read my GCMS notes in details and it says A34/A35/A36 not required. Apparently its been sent to Vancouver office with a note "Client Enquiry: Police Certificate" dated 3rd Dec 2024. Does that mean they need a new police clearance certificate. My AOR is 29th Aug, and the PCC issuance date was 10th March and i have not travelled anywhere, i am an inland applicant. It does not make sense to me. Any thoughts?

I have called a bunch yeah, the agents keep telling things are normal and there is no way to predict when my FD/P1 will arrive ^^ . My PVO is Etobicoke so not sure about how quick they are. How about you any GU or anything?

Good day, my application has gone beyond the 6months timeframe . I called IRCC today. I asked the agent to kindly drop a note for the officer with my file. But surprisingly, she said she cannot drop a note at this time or stage of my application, I asked her why, she said the protocol does not permit her to drop a note on my application at this time. Pls do you know anyone who has experienced this? Do you know why a note cannot be dropped even after exceeding the 6 months?

But i noticed its been sent to Vancouver visa office on 3rd Dec and since then waiting in line to be processed by someone. Do you have similar notes?
