BOWP refused

Hello everyone, IRCC refused my BWOP for not submitting my nomination letter even though they never asked for it on the document checklist and I still submitted a provincial support letter.

I have my PR application in process currently hanging by a thread because I’m out of status. i submitted a reconsideration via webform but I hear that’s useless. How can I resolve this before it affects my PR application. I’m considering a restoration status but the success rate for the application disturbs me. I want to reapple for BWOP but IRCC took about 6 months to respond and now my nomination certificate is expired. Any suggestions please?

So sorry about your situation. Please inform the province and IRCC immediately about your new status (out of status), otehrwise you'll get risk to get a ban for 5 years for misrepresentation. You cannot work either. Can your employer that hired you apply for a closed work permit for you?

I feel for you! This whole process can be so confusing. Restoration can be tricky, but it might be worth a shot. Keep pushing for clarity with IRCC, and maybe your employer can help too!
