Question in regards to separation from a Canadian citizen

Hello
I have applied for NON EE PNP PR (OINP-PhD graduate stream) in July 2024 and got my AOR in early January. My wife is Canadian and she would like to stop living together to give herself time to think about the future of our relationship and whether we should come back together or separate permanently. I have two questions:
1-Should I inform IRCC once we stop living together or once we determine that separation is final?
2-Does this affect my application? Do I need to submit a separation agreement or a divorce document or should I just raise a webform to inform them without the need to submit supporting documents? Please keep in mind that my application has nothing to do with my wife and she is a Canadian citizen.

Would update your relationship status to separated but because your spouse is Canadian should not impact your PR application.
