Officer is not satisfied that I am cohabiting in Canada with my sponsor.

Have you already submitted the passport? Application location doesn’t really matter if you leave and update your address to get your passport stamp abroad. Did your PFL coincide with you asking to submit your passport abroad?
No they haven’t mentioned anything like this. They just need me to come back from March 20 and asked for proof of return

Because we both were in canada from last 6 years. I have status in canada before the application.
Thanks. So basically you didn't know there was the outland-in-Canada option, or the differences between them.

I can't think of any reason you needed to apply inland in your case.

This is not your fault - it's poorly understood and not explaind clearly.

The question is not whether they mentioned it; the question is whether the timing was that you submitted your passport and then got the PFL, which is what it sounds like.

It relates to what was being discussed before, that something 'flagged' to IRCC that you were no longer in Canada, OR they checked your presence and dscovered you were outside.

Application was applied by agent. They have given us this option only and we weren’t aware about outland in application

We have received the pfl first and then submitted the passport which was yesterday.

Then your agent is an unqualified idiot. As, apparently, most of them are.

In my opinion.

[Reading some other part of your agent's work: short form, hope you didn't pay them much. More importantly, hope they didn't screw anything major up.]

Already have a return ticket but passport is submitted for stamping. Will return the next day when passport is received
You took the risk of leaving Canada without TRV (passport stamp with visa).

There is NO guarantee that one will get TRV after leaving Canada. As inland applicant, we don't advice leaving Canada specially without TRV for passport that needs visa.

I am worried now. Agent mentioned to me that since you both were living in canada and you already has temporary resident permit - work permit, would apply for inland sponsorship. That’s why we proceed.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Did you apply under commonlaw? If yes then did you submit rental lease/agreements? I submitted my application via commonlaw sponsorship but I provided multiple lease/rental documents showing my gfs name and I from December 1st 2023. I applied for commonlaw sponsorship on February 4th 2025. I left Canada to Dubai with my gf from February 8th to 18th but did not receive any letter like the one you received. I didn't receive AOR yet lol. Could my application be at risk too? I applied Inland as well
Your `gf' is no longer your girlfriend; you are a common-law couple. Ditch the gf reference from now on.;)

This is the most simplistic level even possible of consideration and analysis about which approach to take.

Which is more or less standard for most non-lawyer immigration consultants.
