Guys has any of you gotten any ghost updates at least? I'm still waiting eligibility not started Backround in progress

Someone with a similar timeline as mine(check this thread) received their eCOPR two weeks ago, but I haven’t received mine yet.
There’s no definite timeline for it.

Today I see in IRCC portal:

Latest update:
Review of medical results - February 22, 2025:You passed the medical exam.


It was blank earlier. Does this mean anything in terms of processing?

Seems like a good sign. Your file is being processed right now.
My eligiblity was completed 6 days after my medicals.
Your timeline might be a bit different based on the complexity of your application.
