Declaring canadian common-law partner through webform PNP PR application

After submitting PNP PR application non-express entry, I need to declare my Canadian Citizen common law partner as we weren’t common law when I submitted the application.

What documents do I need to provide?
- IMM 5409 - Statutory declaration of common law union
- passport, proof of cohabitation
- IMM 5406 Additional family information?
- partners passport

Anything else? I don’t need to add them to application since they are already canadian, I just want to inform IRCC. Appreciate any help.

Submit all the above mentioned documents. If possible try to create a portfolio containing pictures during your relationship as well.

Thank you! I will include photos as well. Is IMM 0008 and IMM 5669 schedule A required? It says only for the principal applicant and dependants since partner is not a dependant do I need these two forms?
