Missing 5 year eligibility documents

Hi everyone, my application was sent back to me because I am missing information under the 5 year eligibility section. Here is my situation.

refugee claimant 2019
Protected person 2021
Permanent Resident 2022
Citizenship eligibility Feb .5

are they asking me for my country passport bio page. I never travelled outside Canada since I came here in 2019. Am confused what documents they asking as I have a certified copy of my bio page only. Thanks in advance.

I counted all the days am eligible for. I have over 1095 as of today. Do I need to upload my old passport bio or. Am really confuse. Thanks
