my application has been stuck in criminality check for over 10 months now. my aor is 6th of march, 2024. medical passed 6th of June 2024, info sharing complete, criminality in progress, eligibility and security not started. i am frustrated. ordered over 5 gcms notes and saw nothing. called countless times and call agent has sent over 3 reminders to VO. only got a mail that my application is on queue and i should be patient. anyone experienced this before? my pathway was fsw, healthcare. i am not in the military.

Try to get your MP involved as well. While this won't have any direct effect, but still won't hurt.
Did you get the CBSA GCMS note or just IRCC? Maybe you should order from different organizations to see if there is any difference.

Interesting! Check the name of the organization in the top right corner of your notes or the email you received. If it's from IRCC or CBSA, you can proceed accordingly. CBSA doesn't redact information as much as IRCC.
