With the help of a travel agency I applied for Canada visitor visa and even went for biometric that was since last year April, so I asked the agency to closed my account because this year I want to start creat a PR account and see it through.
My question is will the be any problem in pursuing my PR visa owing to the fact that I once had visitor visa account which I have no clue of the documents use and also the status of the account.

Go ahead. Many people got visitor visa before they get PR.

The difference between a PR visa and a visitor visa is often a point of confusion for many travelers. While a PR visa grants permanent residency and long-term settlement opportunities, a visitor visa is strictly for short-term travel, tourism, or business visits. Understanding the distinction is crucial for choosing the right visa based on your needs.
