Long time lurker.. wife got her eCoPR on the 12th.

Timeline:
May 16th - submitted
October 20th - AOR
October 21st - Medical request and Biometrics
October 29th - Biometrics completed
October 30th - Background passed
November 13th - Medical passed

lots of nothing

February 7th - P1
February 10th - P2
February 12th - e-CoPR (thank God!!!)

Hi Guys, I need some advice for my wife spousal application

Got P1 (30th Dec) and P2 (2nd Jan). After submitting PR Confirmation (Confirmation of physically present in canada, uploading photo and providing address), my wife had to leave for home country because she was in canada on visit visa and could not stay for more than 6 months. Now she has planned to come back in April 2025. I am confused here, should I notify IRCC or just wait for eCOPR?

She could have just extend her stay as visitor. Have she left?
I think you need to notify IRCC to defer her eCOPR. It's going to be complicated if she gets her eCOPR (PR status) if she is outside of Canada.

Or she can return sooner.. April is a a couple of months away.

Yes she has left already
I think I should inform CRA through webform telling about the situation. Hopefully things are not complicated
