Looks like you are undergoing normal processing time so not sure what you want MP to do. They will just confirm processing. Have ordered GCMS notes?
I have presentative and my representative has said that my application is within the timeline, if it is outside the timeline then we will apply GCMS notice.

Can I apply GCMS notes myself? If yes then should I have to include the details of our representative in the consent form or can I leave it blank?

You can requested by your self as a main applicant don't need a representative form

Can someone share with me the link to the Member of Parliament where I can search for the Member of Parliament in my area?
Secondly
Which IRCC number can be called to get information about the PR application?
Rushing won't help and MP can't do anything they can ask what steps are done and what aren't which you can find in GCMS as well.. as there are many people already in the queue it will be processed accordingly be patient hopefully everything will be done within the timeframe.

You can apply but if you are a principal applicant your spouse's data won't be available until you submit a consent form if your spouse applies something will be applied. You also have to remember that Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and corporations or individuals currently in Canada can request GCMS notes. If you're outside of Canada, you can use a representative to apply on your behalf.

Any 2022 applicants still waiting?

I applied September 2022, received eligibility since November 2023 and it’s now Feb 2025 and still nothing. Last gcms notes ordered December 2024 and info sharing was still being processed.

the last time my MP called was January 2025 and they were told that my file is open and is being worked on and they will call ircc again for feedback next month.

it is very disheartening to be on this forum and can see others who applied after you that are receiving final decision. It’s been a really long wait. I also don’t believe that ircc has any specific quotas because of this it’s quite random the way they are processing the applications.

Currently my application is classified as non routine and this basically means there is no special processing time for it. I considered filing mandamus but why spend money on that when my approval may be right around the corner? (At least this is what I tell myself).

I hope this will be the year for all those who have been waiting since 2022 to receive their PR.

I applied October 2022 and received portal 2 email February 13, 2025. A family member applied October 2022 as well. They received eligibility letter late 2023 but nothing since then. The wait is insufferable.

you can go for mandamus yourself it will cost you max 50 60$ which is the court fee so it is better you do it instead of waiting search on facebook #mandamus you will surely find a post about it and draft and instructions to do it :)
