Timeline so far:
- Submitted: July 31, 2024
- AOR and BIL: October 11, 2024
- Biometric and Medical: Completed October 16, 2024
I know many friends from my country who are stuck in security checks for almost a year—that feels incredibly frustrating and unfair.
So sorry to hearing that from you, I'm stuck in security too, since September2023.
It's absolutely frustrating and unfair for those are from a certain countries.
Any Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) applications from February, March or April to share timeline?
Hello everyone, please i need help. I got nomination with AAIP under rural Renewal stream path way. But had issue with employer business name (Foreign employer) not being active on CAC website during the PNP but I was able to proof to the officer handling my file that though the company is not active on CAC portal, its showing struck off but it is active physically. I sent in taxes paid, signage and contracts gotten from state government, and was given nomination on that basis. Now my employer have started the process of reactivation and has made necessary payment but the portal did not allow to pay for the last year and we are asked to go to court for court order so the process can be completed and this always takes months before judge seat, after judgement, it takes another 14days to get the judgement which is the order. Now the court hearing date is next year June. This means the employer business name would be inactive while my application is ongoing. Please note the PNP also saw this infact then it was even struck off but I was later granted nomination after my loe and submitted documents. Now I have applied for PR and waiting for AOR. I am scared cos of employment verification, I might not have the luck I had during PNP.

I have not gotten any update since then
It has been extremely slow for AIP, here is my timeline:
Submission date: march 19, 2024
AOR: may 29, 2024, criminality passed
ADR: October 17, 2024 and sent on october 24,
PAL: october 29, 2024 and eligibility passed
Info share passed and Background changed to "not applicable" on november 19, I called IRCC and was told that criminality is being processed (again) and security has not started. I have heard nothing since.
My application has being precessed for almost 10 months now, and it is taking longer than the 8 months shown. And it is not under conprehensive security screening according GCMS notes. It seems AIP is left behind when compared to others streams.
And I still have to wait for FD, P1, P2....
Here is my timeline:

May 28 AOR received
May 29 Biometrics done
October 17 ADR requested
October 24 PAL received
January 9 FD and P1
January 10 P2 (replied on the 11)
February 12 ECopr. (Etobicoke queue and Montreal issued)
