My current country of residence is, for example, Belgium. I have been staying here for the last two years. I obtained my PCC in October 2024, but in December 2024, I had to travel to another country for a couple of days. I am going to submit my PR application next week. Will my Belgium PCC still be valid for PR submission

If the "another country" wasn't Belgium, then your PCC is still valid!

Did you go back to Belgium even for a day after your PCC was issued? If not, you're good mate!

Since you're in Belgium now, you need to apply again for the PCC before you submit your file!

thank you @Hyper103 I thought because of following statement from IRCC I do not need new Belgium PCC

The police certificate for the country where you currently live must be issued no more than 6 months before the date you submit your application.

Just a quick question i got a job Assistant Supervisor Food Service and my job description is the same as that of a Supervisor. can I put the noc code the same as a supervisor since I don't see that option for Assistant. I also work 35hours a week and we worked for 8months and close for 4 months and we get paid EI because the student go on summer break. Does this affect my PR application as taken the job as a teer 2 job. Thank you.

Well you don’t count time on EI. If job description matches the NOC then use it. Congrats on ITA.

This is a public forum. Sorry to hear about your situation but no one is going to bring you or your family to Canada for free. If you want to come it has to be on your merits. You have to research if you qualify or not.
