Parents Visitor VIsa

So my mother-in-law is living alone and has no significant property. She is currently not working for health reasons. It is likely to get a visitor Visa to Canada. She doesn't intend to stay for more than 3-4 months but how do I prove the intent? She has no other children too. Just siblings and their families. Will her medical reasons be accepted, if we get a letter from her doctor stating that she needs diabetes and thyroid checkups every quarter? We can cover her PoF @canuck78

Doesn't look good unless she will be applying for a super visa.

And if she has pre-existing health issues, supervisa or most travel health insurance will not cover expenses related to those conditions.
So likely need to show more funds for medical needs.

That's a tricky situation, but definitely doable! Proving intent to return is key. Since she has family ties outside of Canada, that's a good start. The doctor's letter about her medical needs is also helpful, as it shows she has reasons to return for ongoing care. Since you're covering her Proof of Funds, make sure the letter clearly states that and includes your financial information. Good luck with the application! horror games
