Hi Guys,
I applied visitor visa to visit my friend in 04th Dec and received refusal letter on 07th Feb with following reasons:
1. Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). • You do not have significant family ties outside Canada. • The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application
-> i showed my saving accounts which is equivalent to 85,000 USD. My bank statement with income of 1,160 USD per month salary job and i have an apartment with rental contract. All submit with ownership paper and bank statement.
2. You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
-> I'm single and I have my mother and brother live in Vietnam. My Father passed away 02 years ago.
3. The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
-> I showed the reason to visit my friend and visit his new home in Toronto. I showed his house owner ship letter with invitation letter and pictures of us.
This is my 2nd time applied. First time i was refused on September 2023. I Added more details...
Anyone can let me know what should I do next?. I read on Facebook that I can ask for more details why my application was refused and clarify
So where did you get the $85K USD? At $1,160/mth you would need 6 year of savings to come up with that, if you spent absolutely none of your salary? Your current wage doesn't support your travels to Canada. You'll be spending at least half of your annual income to come for a visit!
