I think you can raise a web form. Check online on IRCC website

when did your passport reach ircc delhi? You can also contact vfs and ask them for status

Once you receive your MIL passport back stamped please update so I can estimate my MIL passport arrival as well.Her one is same supervise application and under process at IRCC DELHI from 31st Jan.

Passport reached IRCC on January 22nd 2025
Dispatch date today - 12th Feb 2025
Update - Visa application, tracking ID No*** Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on Wed Feb 12 2025 and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI. - VFS Global

My application alos reached IRCC on 29th Jan 2025. When I checked chennai VFS global they said they got a message from IRCC that now the processing time is high and it will take 35 days to get stamped. But people are getting their stamped passport before the anticipated date also.
