Hi guys I'm 2023 applicant i received my pal and eligibility on last march on the letter mentioned my overseas sopuse application transferred to Ankara Vo. but my overseas sopuse dosent get any letter action every thing is silent! Is that normal? When should I expect for my dependent any documents request? I'm his representative any advice or guid

It looks like too long, compare to when u applied. Ofcourse it depends on visa office, I have no idea how it is processed there.
however I would advise you call the Visa Office and also send the web forms.

Pre arrival actually means nothing. It sounds promising but people randomly receive it and doesn’t indicate you are close to the end of processing. Compare to others in your processing location. If you applied in 2023 it may not even have been 2 years.

Within 3 months u recive document checklist
