Received a pre-arrival letter, but no COPR yet?

Is it normal for it to take so long? I saw that some people received answers in less than a month after receiving the PAL. In my case, only one letter was received, or should one arrive for each application?

Of course it’s not normal.
It sounds our applications was ignored for à while and they started processing with one year delay
About the pre arrival letter , every main applicant should receive one for himself , so in a group of f.ex 4 in one suv team , each member should receive it separately.
But for the pr approval, as I checked most of groups received approval almost same time.
Hope all of us receive great news soon

Absolutely it's normal to take that long. And everyone should receive it unless who is in Canada.

I have received pre arrival letter from IRCC on last March 2024, but i didnt register for anything......again yesterday i have received an email from IRCC not a letter saying prepare for life in canada and to register for pre arrival to canada through a website https://www.prearrivalcanada.ca/ . does anyone has the same situation!!!!

According to my legal representative, it is not mandatory to register and does not influence the decision.

I received pre arrival letter on September 17,2024, and then this notification email ´prepare for life in Canada ‘ on November 4,2024
I actually registered and applied in some courses there offered, and obviously found them useful.
Btw, I haven’t received any updates on my case yet, still looking forward
