Depends on country living in, citizenship and countries lived in. This is not an IRCC issue.

US can also deport you easily which is why they approve visas more easily many times. Unless you have visited the US before your US visa will not have much impact.

Do you have extensive international travel history? What countries? How much funds did you show? As an international student in Germany will likely be tough to get approved.
