Visitor Visa Delayed

I applied for my parents visa in July 2023, my father got the visitor visa but my mother's visitor visa is delayed. It is stuck at background check (she never severed in army or police). I have tried everything - contacting MP, raising webforms, calling IRCC. But no progress on her application. Can someone please suggest what can i do in this case?

What do GCMS/ATIP notes say? If you haven’t ordered them then do so.

Unfortunately no update from that as well. It says background check in progress.

Where has she lived that is different than her spouse? Why not reapply?

Same place infact they worked in the same firm. I have no idea what's wrong. I tried reapplying as well but application cannot be reapplied as its an "active" application in the system.

She would have to withdraw and reapply. Ask a lawyer for next steps.
