However, I'd advise you to do your own research beforehand to see what are the immigration streams your daughter will qualify for! She needs to immigrate based on her own merit. She cannot live permanently with you unless you have no children in Canada, no spouse, no family, no parents. She cannot just move to Canada and if ill may be medically inadmissable.
I don’t. Tell your daughter to first research Express Entry and PNP programs. A lawyer cannot help if she is not eligible for programs. Try google. Don’t hire a consultant, and lawyer cannot help her jump the queue or make false promises. Tell her to get ECA, IELTS tests done.
Your daughter was probably 16 when you landed as PR in 2011? Did she land with you at that time? What makes you think she would join you in Canada when she's now 31?
There is no point wasting money on a lawyer given your daughter doesn’t appear to qualify to remain in Canada. Did she ever become a PR? Where has she lived while you and your family lived in Canada. It appears as though some of your children did move to Canada is that correct? Are you married?
