Please help. I submitted my second review appeal request and it got approved. I got an ADR to submit few more documents like payslips and bank statements which I submitted on Feb 2, 2025. I got an ADR again today regarding license:

Your application has been placed on hold until such time as your Professional Status or Licensure from the Saskatchewan professional regulatory organization is received. You have 12 months to provide proof of your Professional Status or Licensure. Please submit the following document through your OASIS account:
Saskatchewan Licensure document: You chose NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers as your intended occupation in your Expression of Interest (EOI) profile. This NOC currently requires professional status and licensure in Saskatchewan. Please provide documentation from the Canadian Association of Information Technology Professionals (CIPS) showing your:
‐ Candidate Membership as an Associate Information Technology Professional (AITP); or
‐ Certified Membership as an Information Systems Professional (I.S.P); or
‐ Certified Membership as an Information Technology Certified Professional of Canada (ITCP). For more information, visit the provincial regulator at http://sk.cips.ca/

I have no idea what to do in this case. My bachelors was in Computer Science Engineering in India and I did masters in Hungary in Business Informatics. I have five years of experience as a Software Developer in Salesforce and Workday platforms. What should I do in this case?

So you need to show your license. This is not a new requirement.

I called SINP and they said I don't need a license before. I don't know when this was revised or what the steps and processing time would be for this

That has always been a licensed NOC and very clear on the website for years. When did you call? Anyways you have a year to get it.

You need to start the licensing process and have 12 months to do so. Application will not move forward until you submit license.
