Since you have already submitted the 40 hours, it is important to continue as originally submitted. I would recommend calling IRCC for clarification on this matter. As long as your wage per hour matches the full-time requirements, you should be fine. Also, have you applied under a skilled work program or after completing 18+ months of education.

Everyone is working different hours. The IRCC requirement is permanent full time job offer with min 30hr/ week. So I believe that is ok. So if they need adr again then in the offer letter mention working in between 30 to 40 hours per week.

Hi, How can we know this status. Criminality, security and info-sharing? My GC key login only shows Background check in progress and when called to ircc they also say the same thing that is given in GC key login. is there any other way to get the detailed status?

@Suru402 When you call IRCC Hotline, ask the agent what is the status of your Criminality, Security and info-sharing, you can ask them also when was the date changes from “in-progress” to “passed”.

Congratulations! Why did you receive the P1 & P2 on the same day?

I thought you already got your PR from the past threads...anyways, it is pointless to call IRCC, as the agents can't really say anything other than what I can see from my application web page.
When I called they said I am under the background check, but this is remains unchanged from the beginning.
Does anyone from IRCC read this forum? Who else can us tell what is going on?
I requested ATIP and not sure if I did all correctly but no reply yet. They gave me a temp. tracking # but I don't know where can I use it. Plus they haven't asked me to pay $5.
So, I don't know what else can I possibly do.

May applicant here. I requested for my gcms notes in January and just got the reply. Criminality complete, Eligibility passed, Info sharing 'in progress'. Yeah, the wait is a bit frustrating.

Applied in May. Requested gcms notes and got replied this morning. Same office Winnipeg & Halifax. Eligibility passed, Criminality passed, Medical passed, Info sharing complete, Security: not started. Medical status updated on Oct. 18, 2024. Waiting is frustrating
