Employer compliance fees receipt missing

I need to apply for closed work permit. My work permit is expiring soon. PR already applied last November in non express pnp. My employer paid the compliance fees but did not print the receipt. He only provided offer number. He could not find receipt in portal. Will this affect my application for work permit.

I am having the same issue with mine. How did you applied for your work permit?

I am also applying for closed work permit. My employer also unable to find the compliance fee receipt from the portal. What should I do now?

IRCC can always look up for payment receipt on their end.
But still ask your employer for any proof of payment. There should be something, atleast a bank statement showing payment. I was lucky to get file number, so i never applied close work permit.

By file number, you mean AOR?

My nomination is employer specific and hence I won't be eligible for BOWP, right?

Yes, AOR

If there is restriction on employer on your nomination certificate, then you are not eligible for BOWP. You will need LMIA i think. Ask a consultant for your options.

you can use nomination certificate and work permit support letter from the province to apply, if your nomination certificate says restriction on employment "Yes" then you will get closed permit

Did you submit your WP application without proof of payment? Was it approved?
