Visit Visa for Student Spouse - Financial Requirements and Options

I would like to apply for a visit visa for my wife after applying Spousal PR but my wife is currently a student. I'm unsure how to demonstrate proof of funds, as she doesn't have a steady income. If I transfer funds into her account, will the visa officer be satisfied that she can support herself financially, despite being a student? Alternatively, should I complete the visit visa application indicating that I will be sponsoring her financially? Or, would it be more advisable to show that her father has sufficient funds to support her visit?

How about you write a letter inviting her and her dad to come to Canada to visit you? Her dad submit his financial documents to IRCC with other supporting documents.
