Passport Dispatch from Ottawa

Hi there,

I sent my passport for TRV stamp after passport request. Received by IRCC on Jan 24th. Its for pgwp

Recently on 31st of Jan, status updated as document number generated and counterfoil is valid.
But I am still not able to track the shipment number as it has not been track. Should I can IRCC or wait?

I have to travel back home within next 15 days. Please advise.

Could you tell me what your timeline is?
My passport was received by delivery partner on Feb 20, but I haven't received any updates in IRCC whether they actually have my passport.

Hello, to resolve this issue, I would recommend that you contact IRCC directly to request more specific information. If you need a passport within the next 15 days to travel.

I don't need my passport urgently, but I am concern if my application status hasn't been updated after 30 days of the passport request whether they will close the application or not.
