No they won't refuse your application even if your nomination has been expired. You don't need a valid nomination to apply for work permit.

I applied for lmia exempt work permit in November 2024 and my passport will expire December 2025. I'll try to renew my passport ASAP but it looks I might have to wait 6 months before it expires.
Now I assume I will get the work permit expiring along with my passport. Is it possible to extend a lmia exempt work permit? If so, do I have to involve my employer again to fill out the offer of employment?

They seem to be processing August 13th, 14th right now.
Just put whatever you have in your account even if it's $0 . You don't need to attach anything with this form and there is no funds requirement for your PR application.

Hi. I have a question when i submitted my non express profile with my husband we didn't show much of the funds . So is there any requirement that we shuld have met . What shuld we do now ? I was worried for this question
Hi everyone i got my nomination under rural renewal stream and im going to apply for pr under non express, my spouse is on pgwp working full time and does not have any kind of nomination. While i was filling the application but i got stuck as i am not sure I'm putting my spouse as dependent where to attach her document like after filling all IMM forms in the portal there is a section

In which they ask to attach travel document and passports, confirmation of nomination, police clearances, photos, birth certificates.
should we put me and my spouse’s documents in this section in in same category with labeling them as passport 1 and passport 2 or do i have to add it in additional supporting document section where i have to choose a category live civil documents and then add it under there and attached it into that? Please let me know asap as its time sensitive.

I have a question regarding lmia exempt work permit after PNP which is like bugging me alot . So when i applied there was a section where it said that proof that you meet the ability for the job and i attached my pay stubs over there . What should i have attached there cos i didn't had anything to attach . Did i do something wrong please explain .

I applied for my Non Express Entry PR in May 2024 and my application was returned as I did not have a Birth certificate. I reapplied in October with an affidavit. However I was able to get my Birth certificate copy from my home country, yesterday. Could I send it using a webform? I only have the UCI number, would they be able to add it to my file? If not how can I obtain my file number, please advise.
