I received this message when I tried to apply for EE.

To qualify for Express Entry, you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the Federal Skilled Worker
Program, and/or the Federal Skilled Trades Program and/or the Canadian Experience Class. Based on the
information you gave in your profile, you do not appear to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for any of these
programs at the moment.
Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible:
• not having a valid language test,
• language test results that are more than two years old,
• a language test score that is too low,
• not having enough relevant work experience,
• not having the required education level,
• not having enough funds.
If you still want to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you can take steps to improve your qualifications and
register for Express Entry at a later date. For example, you may try to improve your language score or gain a
higher level of education.

My IELTS score is
L-8.5
R-6
W-7.5
S-7
and overall 7.5

I have around 9 years of experience and bachelor's degree. Where I made a mistake? I just got to know I need 8,7,7,7. Should I retake or do what?

Any help will be appreciated.

Calculate your selection score out of 100 and you need 67 points. if you don’t then not eligible. Based on age, ECA, IELTS, work experience and funds.

Is there any tool where I can calculate? I calculated my CRS score though and those were 404.

Unfortunately this is too low to be seleced. You'll want to look into how you can increase your score to 500 or more.

Rewrite IELTS and acheive a higher score / max out your points. Learn French.
