I am also currently in BC and waiting for my card . I called IRCC and they told me to wait. There is no information provided about the pick up location in Vancouver.
My ecopr was 18th Nov. and they mailed my card on 23rd Nov. But due to Canada post strike, it was stuck . They sent me pick up letter from Vancouver PR card distribution centre to pick it up on 3rd Jan. But due to distance (as I live in BC) , I was not able to go for pick up. They told me if u dont pick up , they will start delivering after 10th Jan. I called IRCC twice and they told me to wait . Worst situation there is no contact information about the pick up location.
I understand my friend, I don't know at what order they are sending out PR card, i went to Canada post near my house, one of the lady, she was kind she said we are still receiving documents from December and PR cards as well. that's why i am hopeful.

You're waiting for your first PR card for almost a year?? Or are you waiting for your eCoPR? In both cases, submit a webform and call them! If you're waiting for eCoPR, then apply for GCMS notes! Additionally, reach out to your MP!
