PROTECTED PERSON WITHDRAWL

Hi
I am a protected person including wife and child. Haven’t applied for pr yet planning to withdraw claim and go back to home country but my question is we are 4 in a family including 2 kids second kid is a canadian born, if i withdraw my claim will cbsa not allow taking my kid to home country with me as he is a canadian citizen or we all will be removed from canada without any issues ? please help if anybody know.

Your best option is to leave Canada yourself and inform IRCC.

How do i leave my passports are with them they give it back after i become PR itseems ? Is it possible to get passports back now ?

Contact CBSA and tell them you want to return home. They will arrange to meet you at the airport with your passports.

I understand that but how about my kid who is Canadian will they cause any issues taking him with us or no

No issue, you can leave with your kid.

As long as your child has the ability to enter whatever country they are traveling to there are no issues with them leaving.
